Bitcoin swipers have made their first debuts and this is a proud moment for our industry. To say bitcoin swipers is to say "handheld terminals which dock bitcoin from consumer's wallets"

Though a bit step, there are still a couple things which we need to make seamless transactions in store establishments.

Swipers and point of sales systems need to communicate. That is so say when Joey comes and buys a candy bar that amounts to $2.14 (.14 being tax) 0.000022 is the mBTC due. Now, without the PoS communicating with the reader, you would have to manually enter that mBTC amount into the reader. How cumbersome and potentially error laden!

We need to get PoS providers to allow us (in the bitcoin pos field) to get access to their systems so that OUR swipers propagate and record transactions. This is ever-evolving, we already see Square PoS losing traction to Toast and other competitors.

I am going to coin this "swiper and pos integration" this integration is going to require relationships with PoS systems which I am happy to cultivate.
